About the event
This isn't your ordinary Expo!
Join us on Saturday, June 24th from 10am-6pm.
Live bike stunts, mobile blood drive, Olympic & Paralympic Athletes, and a 50' bouncy castle obstacle course are just a few of the AWESOME activities you'll find. Join us for an epic day of health, fitness, wellness and FUN for everyone!
We are working with the Olympic Training Center and over 120+ local businesses that are passionate about serving our community and providing education, services, resources, and products that promote participation in all aspects of fitness, wellness, mental health, and nutrition.
Our vision is to offer something different from the traditional health-related events. We offer a unique experience where you can engage with fitness coaches, professional athletes, medical professionals and so many more about the benefits of healthy lifestyle changes, both physical and mental. Our interactive demos and activities will offer something for everyone of all ages and all fitness levels.
