Now that Samantha is the co-owner of Self Defense Academy COS, she can dedicate about 20 hours per week to helping others with their own events. She is also well-versed in human design introductions and can lead you to a professional coach once you have some basic understanding. For now, her rates are only $25/hr in an a la carte fashion. Samantha has been a martial artist since 1994. She is a third-degree Black Belt in Taekwondo, took a three-year break to find a holistic approach to martial arts, which she found in 2020! After being a happy student for over 2 years, she decided to join Flip as the Co-Owner and now runs the Youth Program for the Self Defense Academy COS.
