Mom & Me Retreat with The Bridge in Penrose Colorado

She is hosting her first retreat on September 30th (9am- 6pm) for mothers & children - aged 8-12 years , at Penrose, Colorado, which is about 35 mins from Colorado-Springs downtown.  She is hosting this retreat alongside with yoga teacher/reiki practitioner and an LPC therapist. Together, they have carefully crafted the day to include nature based activities, yoga , sauna & guided meditation, therapeutic activities for mom & child, mom & me art, along with a fulfilling Ayurvedic meal.
